KI BOIS HEAD START PROGRAMS SOUTH and NORTH

JOB TITLE:  ASSISTANT TEACHER - FT (Sallisaw, Stigler West and Vian)              
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have HS Diploma/GED and enjoy working with children.  Must be willing to acquire CDA within two years of employment.

JOB TITLE:  FAMILY SERVICE WORKER - FT (Traveling - 2 in HeadStart North  and 1 in HeadStart South)               
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have at a minimum, a GED/HS Diploma, enjoy working with children and experience in a Head Start program.

JOB TITLE:  CENTER DIRECTOR/TEACHER - FT (Red Oak, Wister, Marble City)               
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have CDA, AA or higher, plus experience working with young children and families.

JOB TITLE:  CENTER DIRECTOR - FT (McAlester Washington (formerly Wm Gay) and Spiro)               
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have CDA, AA or higher, plus experience working with young children and families.

JOB TITLE:  COOK - FT (Pocola and Sallisaw)               
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have HS Diploma/GED and enjoy working with children, as well as some experience in cooking in a similar setting.

KI BOIS SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR VETERAN FAMILIES
SOUTHEASTERN OK - VETERANS HOUSING FIRST

JOB TITLE:  CASE MANAGER - FT - 1 (Ada)  
JOB SUMMARY:  This position, in the Southeastern OK - Veterans Housing First program will be responsible for providing intake and determining eligibility for the program.  Will provide needs assessment, program orientation, maintain liaison with area resources and attend community meetings.   Will develop workshops for participants, maintain case files and prepare required reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  At least 2 years experience as a Case Manager or related occupation in a social service/government agency.  Ability to relate to the needs of homeless veterans.  Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field. Knowledge of area resources, good communication skills, computer literate, flexible hours, Veteran preference, valid OK DL and proof of vehicle insurance

KI BOIS DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES PROGRAM

JOB TITLE:  HABILITATION TRAINING SPECIALIST  - PT/FT (Poteau, McAlester, Ada, Ardmore, Pauls Valley and Sulphur)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Will serve as direct support staff for consumers.  Ability to handle sensitive issues while protecting others’ welfare.  Able to exercise patience, understanding, creativity and flexibility.  HS Diploma/GED, valid DL and auto insurance.  Must complete Foundation, CPR and First Aid Training (and any other training as required/requested.)  Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

KI BOIS  OAKS REHABILITATIVE SERVICE CENTER

JOB TITLE:  SUBSTANCE ABUSE TECH - PT/FT (McAlester)  
JOB SUMMARY:  Assist clinical staff by providing logistical and support services to residential clients.  HS Diploma/GED.

KI BOIS AREA TRANSIT PROGRAM

JOB TITLE:  TRANSIT DRIVERS   (Contact local Transit Office to verify opening)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Maintain a valid driver’s license.  Good driving record. Must be physically able to assist passengers and their belongings while entering and exiting the vehicles.  Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and provide wheel chair assistance.  Should have knowledge of area resources and live within convenient distance of city where job opening is available.
